not use recording devices to record the conversation if virtual and not meet with the applicant in your home if in person

treat all applicant information as confidential

excuse yourself from interviewing if you are a for-profit college counselor

decline the interview assignment if you know the applicant(s) or their family well

review the Dartmouth College Code of Conduct for Interaction with Applicants and Minors
